 Management Team Jo Ann Kruse, EVP, Director Servicing and Default Jo Ann Kruse assumed responsibility for Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc's Master Servicing and Default Management units in April 2008. Her career prior to Impac includes Managing Director of Credit Risk Leadership at Countrywide, SVP of Enterprise Wide Compliance at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Director of the Credit Risk Management Practice at KPMG, and President/CEO/Director of banks and thrifts identified by regulators as high risk. Marc Burridge, VP Collections/Loss Mitigation & Surveillance Marc Burridge is currently Vice President for Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc's Default Management Surveillance group, assuming that role in June 2007. His career prior to Impac includes Vice President of Default Administration at Aurora Loan Services, Director of Client Relations at Select Portfolio Services, Relationship Manager at HomEq, Default Manager at Fifth-Third, Acquisitions Coordinator and Foreclosure Manager at JPMorgan Chase, Default Supervisor at Mellon Mortgage and Office Manager at Farley & Kump, LLC. Jim Hutnyk, VP Default Analytics Jim Hutnyk assumed responsibility for Impac Mortgage Holdings Inc's newly formed Default Analytics team in August 2007. Prior to joining the Impac management team Jim lead a group of Default Analysts and Project Managers at ABN Amro Mortgage from June of 2004 until July of 2007. During his tenure at ABN Amro Jim managed a variety of projects ranging from technology upgrades to compliance as well as process automation for the Mortgage servicing division. |
