Since the mid 1990’s, Impac has performed as a Master Servicer on more than 300,000 residential mortgage loans; currently the Master Servicing portfolio is approximately 40,000 loans. 

Services of this unit include a Default Surveillance team that analyzes portfolio statistics and directs Servicers’ performance to maximize results.   In addition, the REO Surveillance unit expedites the liquidation process through oversight of the servicers to effectuate reduced severity.
