1. Question: Impac helped me with my loan modification; can Impac now help me with my short sale?
Answer: Yes. Impac is dedicated to helping clients and their short sale transactions once they have made the decision to short sale their property.

2. Question: Will Impac work with my real estate agent prior to me having an offer on my property?
Answer: Yes. Impac will work with your real estate agent to put together a sales price that meets Impac’s requirements for the sale of the property
3. Question: I have a 2nd mortgage on my property; can I still do a short sale?
Answer: Yes. Impac can work with your real estate agent to negotiate and pay a 2nd mortgage holder a negotiated payment amount in order to facilitate the closing.
4. Question: I don’t have a real estate agent; can Impac help me find one?
Answer: Yes. Through our iPass (Impac Pre-approved Short Sale) Program, Impac can connect you with a real estate agent that has worked with Impac previously and is familiar with the process. The real estate agents Impac works with also understand that this is the beginning of the next phase of your life and can help you look at options for your future real estate needs.
5. Question: My Real Estate agent submitted my file to the servicer and has not gotten any response, can Impac help us?
Answer: Yes. Impac can certainly manage those transactions to get your file worked and completed as soon as possible.
