Management Team
Nancy Pollard, EVP Nancy Pollard, who joined Impac in June 2006, leads our Asset Management Team. Ms. Pollard has more than 25 years experience in residential mortgage finance, focused primarily on the secondary mortgage markets and loan operations. Prior to joining Impac, she had her own consulting firm for ten years which provided consulting services to the mortgage industry. In addition, she spent ten years with a bank related mortgage company, managing all aspects of secondary marketing activities and loan operations. Ms. Pollard received her M.B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and her B.S in Economics from Boston University. Jim Malloy, SVP Mr. Malloy leads structured finance and related capital markets activities for Impac. Since joining the Company in 2003, he has been responsible for the execution of hundreds of mortgage-related transactions with a combined value in excess of $64 billion. Prior to joining Impac, Mr. Malloy spent several years in investment banking, focusing on ABS and structured products at various firms, including Gen Re Securities, Bank One Capital Markets, Salomon Smith Barney, and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Malloy received a B.A. in Political Science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. John Woodruff, SVP Mr. Woodruff is responsible for analytics, modeling, and reporting with respect to risk and pricing for the Impac Capital Markets Group. Mr. Woodruff has 16 years of experience with the development of analytics tools, systems and processes to support capital markets and operations. He performs the role of liaison to the Information Technology department and has been with Impac since their IPO in 1995.
